This Privacy Policy explains how TRIXXA manages your personal data. The Privacy Policy applies to all services and websites offered by TRIXXA. We refer to these services and websites as collectively as "Services" in the policy. TRIXXA is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation within EU.




All information we collect has a connection to our services and their functions. When using TRIXXA, we collect information about you and your use of our services from a variety of sources. These are listed below. 


Information we collect directly from you is;


  • Account Information: You need to regiester an TRIXXA account before you can log in to TRIXXA. When you register an account, we collect your username (first and last name), your email address and password. You do not need but can also enter your phone number, address and a photo. 

  • Address Book Information: We allow you to import email addresses into your contacts in TRIXXA. We do not use these email addresses for our own purposes. We do not email your contacts except at your request. We do not share or misuse your contacts' email addresses or phone numbers. We will also not sell these email addresses or phone numbers to third parties.

  • User Content: Content you contribute in TRIXXA  i.e messages and requests that you send and receive via TRIXXA are stored encrypted for 12 months after which they are deleted. If you delete your account, your personal information will be anonymized in messages and requests.

  • Your geographic location: When you request directions in Google Maps, we'll get your geographic location based on your IP address.

  • Other data you intentionally share: We can collect your personal information or data if you send it to us in other contexts. For example, if you give us a recommendation, submit a support question or participate in a TRIXXA contest.

Information we collect indirectly or passively when you interact with TRIXXA;

  • Information about your type of subscription and your interactions with the Service, such as interactions with Third Party applications such as Google Maps and ads, products and services offered, linked to or made available in or through the Service.

  • If you interact with Third Party Applications, we may receive similar information related to your interactions with the Service through the Third Party Application. We may use cookies and other technologies to collect this information

  • Technical data, which may include URL information, cookie data, your IP address, the types of devices you use to access or connect to the service, unique device ID, device attributes, type of network connection (e.g. WiFi, 3G, LTE) and provider, network and device performance, type of browser, language, information that enables digital rights management, operating system and application version.

  • Statistics, we use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and Facebook Analytics to collect user behavior data in TRIXXA to improve the functionality of the app as well as data to plan and execute our marketing. We use the analytics tools to collect demographic data (gender and age), re-marketing features in Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics. Google Display Network Impression Reporting, is used to learn how many times our ads appear in Google Adwords and as well as services integrated with Google Analytics, which means they collect anonymized user data for advertising. If you do not want us to collect data about you through Google Advertising Features then you can find information in the link to change your settings here.



We treat all your data in TRIXXA as your private information. We use the information we collect from you to improve our services to you as described below;

  • To provide you with our services. This includes providing you with customer support, which requires us to have access to information to help you.

  • To manage our services. We use your information internally for the following limited purposes:

  • To monitor, maintain and improve our services and functions. We produce statistics and analyze the information we receive (such as usage data, device data, referral data, questions and response data) to measure users behaviors and trends, to monitor, troubleshoot, improve our services and to develop new features. We can use your information for internal use, which is intended to keep our services safe and without disruptions.

  • To maintain our Terms of use.

  • To prevent potentially illegal activity.

  • Creating new services, features or content: We can use your data and metadata for our internal purposes to create, provide new services, features, or content.

  • Contacting you about your service or account: Sometimes we send you business-related messages (eg service-related messages, payment issues, changes to our services or policies, an email when you register). You cannot opt ​​out of these messages as they are necessary for us to provide our services to you.

  • Responding to legal inquiries and preventing Injury: If we receive a lawsuit or other legal request, we may need to verify the information we have to be able to decide how we should react.



We share your personal information with;

  • Our subcontractors: We use subcontractors to help us provide you with our services. We give people who work for some of these suppliers access to your information, but only to the extent required to enable them to deliver their services to us. We store your personal data only as long as you have an account with us, or in order to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain our agreements. When you delete your account, your personal data will be anonymized so that it is no longer possible to identify you or content generated by you. We will anonymize your data unless we are not legally entitled or required to provide information to authorities, or if;

  • There are problems associated with your account, such as unpaid fees, claims or unresolved disputes.

  • We have legal, tax, audit and account legal obligations to store your personal data. These are stored in accordance with applicable legislation.

  • It is necessary for our business interests, for example, to prevent fraud or maintain the security of our users.

We store your user content for a maximum of 12 months. After 12 months  data is deleted provided that we do not need it to fulfill our legal obligations, settle disputes, or maintain our agreements.



6.1 Data Encryption

Communication between servers and TRIXXA is encrypted. Maintenance of the systems takes place via secure VPN connections. We use monitoring services to detect and block suspicious activity. All vital server components run in a separate, virtual private network to restrict unauthorized access to data. All data is anonymized during storage. Administrator and developer access to data is securely managed in a fine-grained access control model to ensure that no unauthorized person accesses your data.

6.2 Data storage

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland manages our infrastructure and thus also storage of data. The physical user data protection is of highest standard and is protected by several layers including perimeter protection, protection of infrastructure, data and system environment. We can display third-party ads and other content. We cannot control or being held liable for any third party's privacy practices or their content. Therefore, please read the privacy policy carefully before clicking on ads or using content coming from third parties to find out how they handle and protect your personal data.


  • We will protect your personal data with care, see TRIXXA's Terms of Use. But regardless of the security measures we take, there is always a risk that your personal data can be viewed and used by unauthorized third parties as a result of data being transmitted over the Internet.

  • Your password protects your user account and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a unique and strong password and limit access to your mobile and your account. 



We can change this privacy policy at any time. If we do minor changes we will notify you on our Facebook page and via Twitter. If we consider the changes to be essential, we will e-mail you. In case of ambiguities or conflicts between translations, it is the Swedish version of the Privacy Policy that applies.
